Parkview Physicians Group is currently seeking a Board Eligible / Board Certified Family Medicine physician to join our Parkview Physicians Group Family Medicine practice in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

  • 36 patient contact hours per week, with 4 hours of dedicated administrative time\n

    • Flexible hours to accommodate work life balance

  \n
  • 6 weeks of vacation annually
  \n

• Office is located at 10515 Illinois Road, Fort Wayne, IN 46814\n
  \n
  • Office is located on the Southwest side of Fort Wayne, with easy access to Interstate 69
  \n
  • Clinical support consists of RN, LPN, and Medical Assistants.
  \n
  • Easy access to specialty care
  \n
  • Fully integrated EMR system
  \n
\n
• Monday-Friday from 8am 5pm\n
  \n
  • With the potential for extended hours
  \n
  • Opportunity for 4- or 5-day work week
  \n
\n
• Rotating call: 1:30
\n
• Supervise Advanced Practice Providers
