Every day you will be performing direct patient consultations and providing inpatient/outpatient medical care, strictly adhering to clinical guidelines and regulatory compliance. You'll actively engage in resident and fellow supervision, delivering comprehensive medical training and evaluating clinical competencies. Your expertise will contribute to developing clinical programs and medical technology, participating in meaningful medical research, and driving quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and operational efficiency.

To be successful in this role, you will showcase a proven track record in deliveringexpert medical serviceswithin yourlicensing and privileges, coupled with exceptionalleadership in medical education. We are offering a competitive 2 year salary guarantee then RVU-based, a sign-on bonus, full benefits, CME allowance, Malpractice with tail coverage, and relocation assistance for eligible candidates. Dignity Health Medical Group (DHMG) employs approximately 350 providers and 850 support staff who cover a wide variety of specialties.
