\n Quality Inspection Supervisor Job Responsibilities:\n
\n
    \n
  • Lead, train, and support a team of Quality Inspectors
    • \n
  • Schedule daily inspection work to keep production on track
    • \n
  • Monitor quality metrics and drive continuous improvement
    • \n
  • Review First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs)
    • \n
  • Manage nonconforming materials and quality documentation
    • \n
  • Approve purchase orders and support new product launches
    • \n
  • Conduct internal quality and safety audits
    • \n
  • Hire, coach, and develop employees
    • \n
  • Work closely with production, engineering, and other teams to solve quality issues
    • \n
\n
\n Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm\n
\n
\n
\n
\n
\n Pay: $101,817-$138,945 annual salary\n
\n
\n
\n
\n
\n Quality Inspection Supervisor Job Requirements:\n
\n
    \n
  • 2+ years of quality inspection experience in aerospace or another regulated manufacturing environment
    • \n
  • 1+ year of leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience
    • \n
  • Ability to read engineering drawings and interpret specifications
    • \n
  • Knowledge of quality systems, process improvement, and manufacturing best practices
    • \n
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
    • \n
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
    • \n
  • Experience with AS9100, AS9102, FAIRs, CMMs, Keyence systems, or similar inspection equipment is preferred
    • \n
\n
