\n\n Talkiatry is a clinician-led, virtual psychiatry practice built to combine the stability of a hospital practice with the clinical autonomy of private practice. \n
\n \n This role is designed for psychiatrists who want: \n
\n - \n
- \n \n Predictable, W-2 compensation and benefits \n\n

\n What your day-to-day practice looks like \n
\n - \n
- \n \n 100% remote, outpatient psychiatry \n\n
- \n \n Lower to moderate acuity populations (ex. anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, OCD, PTSD) \n\n
- \n \n Patient population across the lifespan: children & adolescents (treated by board-certified Child & Adolescent Psychiatrists only), adults, and geriatric patients \n\n
- \n \n Standard session lengths (60-minute intakes, 30-minute follow ups) \n\n
- \n \n No inpatient, intensive outpatient programs (IOP), partial hospitalization care or crisis coverage \n\n
- \n \n In-house referral network to therapists \n\n
- \n \n Full operational support including scheduling, billing, intake coordination, and licensing \n\n
\n Clinical autonomy & flexibility \n
\n \n Psychiatrists at Talkiatry retain control over: \n

\n Our role is to remove administrative and operational burden so you can focus on patient care. \n
\n \n Compensation & employment model \n
\n - \n
- \n \n Full-time and part-time W-2 employment \n\n
- \n \n Total annual on-target earnings of $325k-375k+, consisting of: \n\n
- \n \n Base salary \n\n
- \n \n Monthly productivity incentive (guaranteed during initial 6-month onboarding period) \n\n
