\n Talkiatry is a clinician-led, virtual psychiatry practice built to combine the stability of a hospital practice with the clinical autonomy of private practice. \n

\n This role is designed for psychiatrists who want: \n

\n What your day-to-day practice looks like \n

    \n 100% remote, outpatient psychiatry \n

    \n Lower to moderate acuity populations (ex. anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, OCD, PTSD) \n

  • \n
    \n Patient population across the lifespan: children & adolescents (treated by board-certified Child & Adolescent Psychiatrists only), adults, and geriatric patients \n
  • \n
  • \n
    \n Standard session lengths (60-minute intakes, 30-minute follow ups) \n

  • \n
    \n No inpatient, intensive outpatient programs (IOP), partial hospitalization care or crisis coverage \n
  • \n
  • \n
    \n In-house referral network to therapists \n
  • \n
  • \n
    \n Full operational support including scheduling, billing, intake coordination, and licensing \n

\n Compensation & employment model \n

    \n Full-time and part-time W-2 employment \n
  • \n
  • \n
    \n Total annual on-target earnings of $325k-375k+, consisting of: \n
  • \n
      \n

      \n Base salary \n

      \n Monthly productivity incentive (guaranteed during initial 6-month onboarding period) \n
