We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Director of Urogynecology to lead and grow our expanding urogynecology program across Southeast Michigan. This is a unique leadership opportunity for a physician who is passionate about advancing care, building high-performing teams, and shaping a developing service line.

Requirements

\n
    \n
  • Completion of a medical degree (MD or DO)
  • \n
  • Fellowship training in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery or Urogynecology
  • \n
  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
  • \n
  • Physicians must be board certified or board eligible
  • \n
  • Active Michigan medical license (or ability to obtain)
  • \n
  • Demonstrated leadership experience or strong interest in physician leadership and program development
  • \n
  • DEA license
  • \n
  • ACLS/BLS certification (must be maintained)
  • \n

Leadership Scope and Impact

As Regional Director, you will:

\n
    \n
  • Provide clinical and strategic leadership for the urogynecology program across multiple sites
  • \n
  • Partner in a dyad leadership model with the Urogynecology Program Manager to drive operational and clinical success
  • \n
  • Lead the development and growth of a newer, evolving program structure
  • \n
  • Establish and standardize:\n
      \n
    • Clinical protocols and care pathways
    • \n
    • Best practices across sites
    • \n
    • Programmatic workflows and operational efficiencies
    • \n
  • \n
  • Support provider recruitment, onboarding, and mentorship
  • \n
  • Foster a collaborative, patient-centered culture across the care team
  • \n
  • Guide quality, performance, and patient experience initiatives
  • \n
  • Serve as a key voice in strategic planning and service line expansion
  • \n

Duties & Responsibilities

In addition to leadership duties, you will:

  • Evaluate and manage a full spectrum of pelvic floor disorders
  • \n
  • Perform advanced surgical procedures, including minimally invasive techniques
  • \n
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team
  • \n
  • Participate in teaching, mentoring, and research opportunities as desired
  • \n
