Responsible for the coordination, and implementation of Clinical Pharmacy Services and ensures that Pharmacy provides optimal clinical services on a daily basis. Facilitates the development and ongoing management of systems that promote desirable patient outcomes through the use of safe, cost-effective medication therapy. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.\n

Position Details:\n

Education: Minimum requirement of Bachelor of Science (BS) or Doctor of Pharmacy
\n (PharmD) in pharmacy degree from accredited school of pharmacy.
\n Licensure: Requires a current pharmacist license from state of practice
\n Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in area of practice
\n Certifications:
\n Other:
\n Preferred Education: ASHP Accredited PGY-1 Pharmacy Practice Residency preferred.
\n Preferred Licensure:
\n Preferred Experience: Two or more years clinical experience and a PGY-1 residency is preferred.
\n Preferred Certifications: Board of Pharmacy Specialties Board Certification preferred
