Locum General Dentist needed in BEAUTIFUL Eureka, CA \n

\nOutpatient Setting - FQHC \n
\n
\nCredentialing: 3-4 weeks \n
\n
\nStart: ASAP - Targeting February 9th or 16th \n
\n
\nLOA: 6 month contracts preferred, will accept 3 month contracts \n
\n
\nWork Schedule: Mon-Fri 8A-5P - 4 10/hr days are NOT an option at this location. \n
\n
\nPatient Volume: Average of 16-18 patients per day. MUST see 8-9 minimum patients per 4 hours. Patient care is 36 hrs/week. 4hrs for administrative time.\n
\n
\nProcedures: General Dentistry - Bread n butter - Must see all ages: 50/50 kids/adults. Extractions are a MUST. \n
\n
\nEMR: EPIC\n
\n
\nLicense: CA \n
\n
\nCertifications: Board Certified, BLS, DEA \n
\n
