The Position:
Our client is seeking a full-time General Dentist (DDS/DMD) to join their outpatient dental team. This provider will deliver comprehensive dental care including patient evaluations, diagnosis, treatment planning, and ongoing oral health management. The dentist will work alongside a multidisciplinary team to provide coordinated, patient-centered care. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing a diverse patient population, including both adult and pediatric patients.

- $180,000 – $210,000 Base Salary (Depending on Experience) \n

Responsibilities:
\n- \n
- Four Day Work Week (Monday–Thur, 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM) \n
- Provide comprehensive dental care including exams, diagnosis, and treatment planning \n
- Perform procedures including restorative dentistry, crowns, bridges, uncomplicated endodontics, minor oral surgery \n
- See approximately 16-20 patients per day \n
- Initiate and interpret diagnostic imaging and lab studies \n
- Prescribe medications and administer local anesthesia \n
- Coordinate referrals for specialty care as needed \n
- Supervise dental assistants and dental hygienists \n
- Provide mentorship and participate in staff training \n
- Participate in community outreach and dental programs \n
- Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential patient documentation \n
- Software is CareStack \n

Requirements:
\n- \n
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school \n
- Active North Carolina dental license in good standing \n
- Competency in general dentistry, including restorative, prosthodontics, endodontics, and minor oral surgery \n
- Commitment to working with diverse populations \n
- Strong communication, teamwork and organizational skills \n
