Position Details:

• Schedule:\n
  \n
  • Monday – Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  \n
  • Wednesday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  \n
\n
• Patients: Mostly adults, some pediatrics; average 14 ppd
\n
• Clinical Scope: Routine exams, cleanings, fillings, extractions, sealants, treatment for abscesses and tooth decay, gum disease management, and emergency care.
\n
• Support Staff: 1 dental hygienist, 2 dental assistants
\n

Compensation & Benefits

\n
• Salary range: Starting at $180,000
\n
• Medical and dental insurance; company pays 100 % of Premiums
\n
• 401(k) retirement plan & Retirement Profit Sharing Plan

• 15 PTO days/year starting day 1 of employment + 9 holidays
\n

What we are looking for?

\n
• Active Alabama dental license, and AL Controlled Substance Registration and DEA registration, both in good standing
\n
• Current BLS certification
\n
• Experienced provider preferred
\n
• Compassionate, mission-driven, and community-oriented
\n
• Comfortable educating patients about oral health and preventive care
\n
• Experience with diverse populations, including Medicaid/uninsured patients, those living below the poverty level, and individuals with diabetes
\n
• Comfortable working with pediatric patients and approximately 10–15% Spanish-speaking patient population
\n
