Well respected Healthcare facility in Sacramento is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) for a Mobile clinic position where you will go out to the community to provider services.

\n - Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
\n - Full-time, M-F. 40hrs a week (8hrs days)
\n - State of the art Mobile medicine program
\n - Will be going out into the community to set up clinics as well as at school sites
\n - Will be doing sports & wellness physicals, sick visits, and new patient appointments, but will not establish care on mobile
\n - Typically see approx. 24 ppd
\n - See all ages
\n - At least 2+ years Primary Care outpatient experience
\n - Salary range 130-170k depending on experience, full benefits and eligible for Loan Repayment through HRSA
