We’re seeking Registered Nurses (Behavioral Health) to join a mission-driven inpatient and crisis stabilization team in Yuma, Arizona. What You’ll Do

  • Deliver compassionate, patient-centered nursing care in inpatient & crisis units
  • Support detoxification and behavioral health stabilization
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop individualized care plans
  • Participate in discharge planning and community coordination
  • Maintain a safe, trauma-informed therapeutic environment
  • Accurately document care in EMR systems
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and multidisciplinary teams

What We’re Looking For

  • Active Arizona RN license or compact RN license (required)
  • BLS certification (required)
  • Experience in inpatient and/or crisis behavioral health (required)
  • Strong de-escalation, communication, and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work fixed 3×12 day or night schedules
  • Open to experienced RNs and motivated new graduates

Pay Details: $42.00 to $50.00 per hour
