We’re seeking Registered Nurses (Behavioral Health) to join a mission-driven inpatient and crisis stabilization team in Yuma, Arizona. What You’ll Do
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered nursing care in inpatient & crisis units
- Support detoxification and behavioral health stabilization
- Conduct risk assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Participate in discharge planning and community coordination
- Maintain a safe, trauma-informed therapeutic environment
- Accurately document care in EMR systems
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and multidisciplinary teams
What We’re Looking For
- Active Arizona RN license or compact RN license (required)
- BLS certification (required)
- Experience in inpatient and/or crisis behavioral health (required)
- Strong de-escalation, communication, and teamwork skills
- Ability to work fixed 3×12 day or night schedules
- Open to experienced RNs and motivated new graduates

Pay Details: $42.00 to $50.00 per hour
