Sentara Medical Group has a full-time opening for an APP (NP or PA) to join Sentara Family Medicine Manhattan Square in Hampton, Virginia. Monday-Friday (36 patient contact hours, 4 hours admin)

Flexibility to work a 4 to 4-1/2 day work week; option for extended hours

Average of 18 20 patients per day
\n - \n
Join a collaborative team with 3 physicians, 3 APPs, and 25 support staff
\n - \n
Provide care to a wide range of patients: adults and chronic/complex care management, pediatric opportunity, and newborns, if desired

No call expectation

Minimum Requirements:

Active NP or PA

Minimum master s degree required

Prior experience in primary care as a licensed provider preferred, but will consider an
\n exceptional new grad \n
