Primary Care, Advanced Practice Provider Family & Internal Medicine Stafford

Sentara Medical Group has a full-time opening for an APP (NP or PA) to join Sentara Family & Internal Medicine practice in Stafford, VA. Stafford is a warm, collaborative family medicine practice caring for patients of all ages. As a newer, thriving practice, we are excited to welcome an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who is confident, adaptable, and ready to practice with a high level of autonomy in an outpatient setting. Position Highlights:

  Flexibility within a Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

\n
• \n

  40 hours a week (36 patient contact hours and 4 hours of admin time)

\n
• \n

  4-day work week option with 9 patient facing hours daily

\n
• \n

  Average 18-20 patients/day

\n
• \n

  Small, growing practice where team members truly support one another

  No call, no weekends office is closed Saturday and Sunday

\n

Minimum Requirements:

  Active NP or PA

\n
• \n

  Minimum master s degree required

\n
• \n

  2-5 years experience working in outpatient primary care, managing chronic care of patients independently
