Compensation & Benefits

• $605,000 base compensation

• $75,000 annual cardiac stipend, paid monthly at $6,250

• $20,000 annual performance and quality bonus
\n
• $125,000 signing bonus with a 24-month commitment

• 35-week annual commitment
\n
• Variable compensation for hours worked beyond contractual shifts:

• $400 per hour when assigned to CV tasks
\n
• $325 per hour when assigned to general OR tasks
\n
• Malpractice coverage provided
\n
