Are you mechanically curious and ready to learn? We’re looking for a hands-on, motivated individual to join our team as an Entry Level Maintenance Technician. Maintenance Facility Technician | 1st shift (Mon-Thur)| $24.75/hr + $5,000 Hiring Bonus

    Learn how to inspect and maintain equipment that keeps our facility running smoothly

    • \n
  • \n

    Assist experienced mechanics with repairs and installations

    • \n
  • \n

    Perform preventive maintenance (PM) tasks

    • \n
  • \n

    Operate forklifts and use basic hand tools

    • \n
  • \n

    Follow safety procedures to help maintain a safe and efficient workplace

What You’ll Need:

    High School Diploma or GED (we can help through our FREE GEDWorks program)

  • \n

    A willingness to learn and basic mechanical aptitude

    • \n
  • \n

    Ability to read instructions and use basic math

    • \n
  • \n

    Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude

    • \n
  • \n

    Nice to have: 1+ year of prior manufacturing, maintenance, or mechanical experience

    • \n

    Frequent standing and occasional lifting up to 60 lbs
