Key Responsibilities- Work 24-hour shifts from 8 AM to 8 AM the following day.
- Availability for ongoing per diem assignments is essential.
- Engage in a hospital-based neonatology role.
- Collaborate with bedside nursing, pharmacy, and developmental therapy teams.
- NRP certification is mandatory.
- Proficient in intubation, umbilical line placement, chest tube insertion, and ventilation.
- Experience with surfactant administration and arterial line placement is required.
- Hospital privileges are necessary.
