We are in search of Board-Certified CRNAs for a continuous locum tenens position in New Mexico.

Position Highlights

Clinical Responsibilities

Providers will engage in a wide array of anesthesia services, which include:

  • General anesthesia
  • Regional anesthesia and nerve blocks
  • Spinal and epidural anesthesia
  • Obstetrical procedures
  • Adult and pediatric cases
  • Management of ventilation
  • Hemodynamic management
  • Placement of central and arterial lines
Desired Skills

Preferred candidates will have experience in:

  • Regional blocks
  • Ultrasound-guided regional anesthesia
  • Anesthesia for pediatric dentistry (preferred but not mandatory)
Qualifications
  • Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
  • Board Certified
  • At least one year of post-training experience
  • Active New Mexico license or the ability to reactivate an existing license
  • Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications
  • Comfortable with independent practice
  • Ability to provide proof of regional anesthesia experience
Additional Information
  • Participation in on-call duties is required
  • Temporary privileges can be arranged
  • Comprehensive malpractice coverage is included
  • Credentialing process takes approximately 90 days
