CDL A OTR Truck Drivers

Location: Yard in Obetz, OH – upcoming terminal in Obetz

Job Type: Company Driver - The organization provides the truck at no expense to you. All vehicles are owned and maintained by the company.

• Typically out for 2 weeks
• Operating across 47 states
• California is not serviced
• Avoid Northwest states during winter months
• Work is determined by customer demand, with no dedicated routes
• Efforts are underway to establish more dedicated routes – a sister company focused on logistics will assist in creating these opportunities.
• Drop and hook, no-touch freight
• Trucks are 2020 models or newer with sleeper cabs
• All equipment is well-maintained
• Drivers may take home equipment if secure parking is available.
• Detention pay of $25 per hour after 2 hours at the facility
• Deadhead rates apply
• Low mileage rates are included for fair compensation
• Compensation of $200 per day for any breakdown or maintenance while on the road
• Maximum of $1,000 per week
• Dispatch is mandatory but adaptable
• Home time and varied schedules can be accommodated
• Highly organized and communicative team

Current qualifications include:

• A minimum of 3 years of CDL A experience
• Must be 25 years of age or older
• Must be under 75 years old (for insurance purposes)
• No more than 1 moving violation in the past 2 years on MVR
• No drug test failures or criminal violations in the last 15 years
