We are seeking a Bilingual Japanese IT Consulting & Partner Strategy Manager to work closely with executive leadership, customers, and strategic partners to deliver technology solutions that drive business growth. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to lead strategic initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and support digital transformation projects while working with global clients. Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic partner initiatives that align with business goals. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and executive stakeholders. Gather business and technical requirements and recommend technology solutions. Prepare customer presentations, proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and Statements of Work (SOW). Support digital transformation initiatives involving cloud, integration, security, governance, and data management. Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, and technical teams to deliver successful customer solutions. Monitor partnership performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Stay current with industry trends and represent the company at customer and partner meetings. Lead cross-functional projects and provide guidance to internal teams. Travel up to 30% as needed.
