Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Salary: $32,000 annually ($2,666.67/month, plus location pay)
Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Are you a detail-oriented Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) looking to make an impact beyond direct patient care? We are seeking a dedicated LPN to support our Quality Assurance (QA) and Utilization Review (UR) programs. This position plays a key role in ensuring compliance, monitoring healthcare quality metrics, and supporting data-driven improvements throughout the facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Track, trend, and submit HBIP data accurately and on time.
- Perform utilization review activities in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Collect, analyze, aggregate, and report utilization review data to leadership on a monthly basis.
- Gather and monitor quality assurance metrics and prepare monthly reports for the QA Director.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support continuous quality improvement initiatives.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Certificate from an approved School of Nursing.
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing.
- 04 years of nursing experience.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience with quality assurance, data reporting, utilization review, or compliance activities is preferred but not required.
