R.S.M.C. Services on behalf of our client is hiring a Full-Time Associate Dentist

\n The mission-oriented practice seeks a Full-Time Associate Dentist. A large, multi-practice organization with a strong mission to provide quality dental care to underserved families is seeking General Dentist.
\n As a Dentist, you will be changing the lives of children and adults who often do not have access to affordable, quality dental care.

\n

Responsibilities

\n
    \n
  • \n

    Provide high-quality dental services with full support from an experienced clinical team.

    • \n
  • \n

    Utilize modern technologies including DentaPro software, digital x-rays, and Panorex units.

    • \n
  • \n

    Perform procedures using fiber-optic handpieces.

    • \n
  • \n

    Maintain compliance with annual OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training.

    • \n
  • \n

    Work with a strong provider support structure:

      \n
    • \n

      1 Hygienist

      • \n
    • \n

      1 Hygiene Assistant

      • \n
    • \n

      2 Dental Assistants per provider

      • \n
    • \n
  • \n

    Treat a patient base primarily ages 3–21, with up to 30% adult population depending on location.

    • \n
  • \n

    Manage daily office flow: 10–12 operative patients & 20–25 hygiene patients.

    • \n
  • \n

    Deliver care across a mix of state insurance plans, PPO, and out-of-network payors.

    • \n
  • \n

    Participate in collaborative learning, mentorship, and professional development.

    • \n
\n

Qualifications

\n

    DDS/DMD from a CODA-accredited dental program

    • \n
  • \n

    Current and valid dental license or eligibility for licensure

    • \n
  • \n

    Required certifications: CPR, DEA, and others as applicable

    • \n
  • \n

    Nitrous Oxide certification (required only in LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)

    • \n
  • \n

    Strong clinical skills with a compassionate approach to treating children and adults
