We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Trauma Non-Surgical ACNP or PA-C to join a high-performing multidisciplinary trauma service dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care in a fast-paced acute care environment.

Responsibilities:

\n
• Perform comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans for trauma patients
\n
• Manage non-surgical trauma admissions, consultations, and follow-up care
\n
• Coordinate care with trauma surgeons, intensivists, nursing staff, and ancillary services
\n
• Order and interpret diagnostic studies
\n
• Perform procedures within scope of practice
\n
• Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and discharge planning
\n
• Provide patient and family education
\n

Qualifications:

\n
• Current certification as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP) or Physician Assistant-Certified (PA-C)
\n
• Active state licensure or eligibility
\n
• Trauma, acute care, emergency medicine, or critical care experience preferred
\n
• Strong clinical decision-making and communication skills
\n
• ATLS certification preferred
\n

Compensation is experienced driven! ($73.63-$111.85) hourly ($153,150.40 to $232,648.00) annually!!
