Data Center Electrician - No Per Diem

Workify Staffing is looking for a Electricians for a Data Center in the El Mirage, AZ area! We're seeking experienced Journeyman Electricians to support a critical data center project in El Mirage, AZ — offering competitive pay, a consistent schedule, and the opportunity to work on high-impact electrical systems including commissioning, energization, and advanced switchgear operations. If you have 3+ years of commercial or industrial electrical experience and a passion for precision work in mission-critical environments — we want to hear from you.

Pay: Up to $40/hr depending on experience. Testing results will determine your pay rate.

Shift/Schedule: 5 10's for an ESTIMATED 3 months

Per Diem: No Per Diem Responsibilities

\n
• Perform installations, startups, troubleshooting, commissioning, and preventative maintenance for electrical systems in accordance with project drawings and applicable codes.
\n
• Execute First Time Energization (FTE), switching, AutoLOTO, load bank connections and removals, and Level 3–5 commissioning support activities.
\n
• Read and interpret blueprints, one-line diagrams, schematics, and installation plans; lay out conduit, cable tray, and devices as required.
\n
• Follow approved Methods of Procedure (MOPs) and company safety protocols while maintaining accurate work records and service documentation throughout the project.
\n
• Diagnose electrical issues, respond to service calls, recommend system improvements, and complete acceptance testing as needed.
\n
• Support and mentor apprentices while coordinating effectively with Foremen, Superintendents, project management teams, and clients on-site.
\n

Qualifications

\n
• Electrician with 3+ years of commercial or industrial experience; completion of a formal apprenticeship program is required.
\n
• Familiarity with data center systems, transfer schemes, switchgear, controllers, and pneumatic/electrical process controls is strongly preferred.
\n
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, one-line diagrams, riser diagrams, and electrical schematics.
\n
• Skilled with conduit bending tools, cable tray layout, device trim, and load bank operations in a commercial or industrial setting.
\n
• Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills with the ability to work independently when required.
\n
• Must be 18+ with a GED or better, and able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check prior to placement.
