ELECTRICAL JOURNEYMAN

Brief description of work required:Key Responsibilities

Install electrical wiring, conduit, panels, switchgear, lighting, and control systems.
\n Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical drawings.
\n Troubleshoot electrical malfunctions and perform repairs.
\n Test electrical systems using meters and diagnostic equipment.
\n Ensure compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations.
\n Perform preventive maintenance on electrical equipment.
\n Install and connect motors, transformers, generators, and other electrical devices.
\n Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
\n Supervise and train apprentice electricians as needed.
\n Follow workplace safety procedures and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).

Qualifications
\n Strong knowledge of electrical theory, NEC requirements, and safety standards.
\n Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
\n Proficiency with electrical testing and troubleshooting tools.

Physical Requirements
