TOW TRUCK DRIVER

Position: Full Time Tow Truck Driver. Schoemann's Road Service, Inc. is hiring dependable drivers to join our experienced roadside assistance and towing team in the Buffalo, NY area. We welcome both experienced drivers and motivated individuals who are willing to be trained. Candidates must have a clean driving record with no accidents or moving violations.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate tow trucks and flatbeds to transport vehicles from point A to point B.
• Perform roadside services including lockouts, tire changes, jump starts, and fuel delivery.
• Assess scenes for safety, secure vehicles properly, and load/unload according to company procedures.
• Maintain accurate paperwork for tows, invoices, and service calls.
• Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and law enforcement when required.
• Perform basic routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure safe operation.

Qualifications: Valid driver’s license, reliable attendance, physical ability to lift and move equipment, strong customer service skills, and a positive attitude. Prior towing experience is a plus but we will train the right candidate. Must pass background and driving record checks.

Schedule & Compensation: Full-time Competitive pay based on experience with opportunities for overtime and performance incentives.

Salary/Compensation: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
