We’re hiring a School-Based Therapist in Baltimore, Maryland who wants a consistent weekday schedule, meaningful impact with children, and strong income potential.

You’ll step into a school-based outpatient role focused on providing therapy to elementary-aged students. You’ll average about five sessions per day with flexibility to provide care via telehealth, in-office, in-home, or a hybrid model. You’ll work independently while supported by an experienced administrative team.

You’ll practice in Baltimore, Maryland, a historic and culturally rich city offering diverse communities, strong educational systems, and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in children’s lives.

\n • You hold an active Maryland LMSW, LCSW, LCSW-C, LCMFT, LCPC-S, LGFT, or LGPC license

\n • You value organization, discretion, and HIPAA compliance

Compensation & Benefits
\n • Fee-for-service model with base pay guaranteed for the first three months
\n • $60 to $75 per completed session after guarantee period based on experience and licensure
