  • Certification Requirement:Â ASCP/AMT certification as a generalist. Micro experience it is a plus but not required.
    • \n
  • Educational Background:Â Associates or Bachelors Degree in Science or equivalent.
    • \n
  • Technical Expertise:Â Proficient in working across various benches, including Hemo, Micro, PCR, BB CVC, Blood Gases, and Cross-matching.
    • \n
  • Team Collaboration:Â A team player capable of seamlessly transitioning between different roles within the laboratory.
    • \n
  • Problem-Solving Skills:Â Ability to troubleshoot equipment and perform routine maintenance.
    • \n
