Mammography Technologist / Mammographer / Mammo Tech

• Maintains a professional image and exhibits excellent customer relations to patients, visitors, physicians, and co-workers in accordance with our Service Excellence Standards and Core Values.

• Selects and utilizes appropriate technical factors for procedure, based on body habits, pathology and body parts.
\n
• Processes completed images making sure they are of interpretable quality.
\n
• Continues to develop professionalism through continuing education programs and in-services.
\n
• Complies with all policies of the system with the intention of delivering the highest quality of service.
\n
• Performs all Breast Imaging examinations during scheduled hours.
\n
• Performs all other duties as assigned.
\n

Qualifications /Training:

\n
• Prior mammography experience a plus
\n

Licenses/Certifications/Registrations/Education:

\n
• Associate Degree in Radiologic Technology
\n
• ARRT Registered in Radiology
\n
• ARRT Registered in Mammography (or registered in mammography within one year of hire)
\n
• SCQRSA State License
\n
• BLS Certification
\n
