I'm hiring for a Chemistry/Hematology Core Laboratory Supervisor in North Carolina!

The Lab Supervisor is responsible for laboratory operations in a defined clinical testing discipline of the Core Laboratory within the health system enterprise. The Supervisor ensures that laboratory operations run at peak performance by driving optimization of resources, financial performance, growth, safety, teammate engagement, and quality and maintains strong collaboration and relationships with internal laboratory leaders and business partners to align with corporate strategies, initiatives, process, and procedures.

Location: Near Charlotte, NC
\n Type: Full-time and permanent
\n Shift: Mon-Fri, Evenings
\n Requirements: College degree; ASCP cert; prior experience, including leadership
\n Pay: $41-$61/hr
\n Benefits: 401k; health, dental, and life insurance; PTO, etc.
