Parkview Health is currently seeking a Board Certified/ Board Eligible Outpatient Family Medicine Physician to join their team.

\n -
Hours of practice are Monday Friday 7am 6pm; some flexibility required for extended hours
\n -
Office location is at 470 Bennett Drive, Warren, IN
\n -
Weekly Patient Contact: 36 hours (32 hours in the clinic & 4 hours rounding and prepping charts)
\n -
Daily encounter goals of 22-26 patients depending on visit lengths.
\n - The call requirement for this position is 1:6
\n - Opportunity allows for OB, but not mandatory.
