\n Sutter West Bay Medical Group is seeking a dedicated and patient-centered Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our Spine Surgery team in a primarily ambulatory setting.\n

Your Impact\n
\n In this role, you will be a key partner in guiding patients through their surgical journey, with a strong focus on outpatient care and longitudinal relationship-building. You ll play an integral role in:\n

  • Supporting pre- and post-operative care

  • Managing patient progress across the continuum of spine care

  • Collaborating closely with surgeons and care teams to optimize outcomes

Qualifications:\n
\n Minimum Qualifications\n

  • Graduate of an accredited NP/PA program
    • \n
  • Current CA license (or ability to obtain)
    • \n
  • Board Certification
    • \n
  • Full schedule DEA
    • \n
  • BLS Certification
    • \n
  • Other Certification required for area of specialty
    • \n

\n Preferred Qualifications\n

  • Prior experience in spine surgery, neurosurgery, orthopedics, or surgical subspecialty care
    • \n
  • Experience in ambulatory/outpatient settings
    • \n
  • Strong clinical assessment and patient education skills
    • \n
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating in a team-based, academic environment
    • \n
