Locum Neonatal Nurse Practitioner

Palm Health Resources is hiring several experienced Neonatal Nurse Practitioners for a busy, high acuity Level IV NICU in Eastern Pennsylvania!

6-12 month Contract with extension opportunity!

The position will not only work in the high acuity NICU, but must be able to participate and do ground and air (helicopter) transport.

Will Consider candidates without a PA license, but strongly prefer a PA license! PA licensure does take 2-3 months to obtain.

We are a level IV high acuity NICU. During the day there are two teams that consist of an attending MD, 2-medical fellows, 2-APPs and 1-2 residents.

Here are our shifts:

Monday through Friday the APPs work 4p-8a Main Need is Nights!

Saturday and Sundays the APPs work 7a-7p or 7p-7a, or 24s!!

The APPs must be able to:

• Attends High-Risk Deliveries, Vent Management, Resuscitation, Stabilization, Cooling, rounding, admits and discharges
\n
• Procedures: PICC/UVC/UAC Lines, Chest Tubes, Lumbar Punctures, Intubations
\n
• Transport is part of the role, training provided as well!
