\n Clinical Magnet, a division of ICON Medical Network, is looking for an Emergency Medicine Nurse Practitioner to join our partner's full-time team in the Winchester, VA area. \n This is a DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY\n
\n Key Responsibilities for the Emergency Medicine NP:\n
\n · Work with a physician group to provide care in a large, trauma medical center\n
\n · Manage a caseload of patients, roughly 15-20 per shift, assessing, diagnosing, and treating medical and surgical conditions\n
\n
\n Key Requirements for the Emergency Medicine NP:\n
\n · 2+ years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner, with an emergency medicine focus or experience\n
\n · Must have strong knowledge of emergency in order to assist physicians and APPs\n
\n · Experience working alongside physicians in the ED\n
\n · Current and valid NP License\n
\n
\n Compensation and Schedule for the Emergency Medicine NP:\n
\n · Target Compensation is $60-$85/hr, Dependent on Experience (+ additional opportunities)\n
\n · Comprehensive benefits plan and 401k\n

\n · 12-hour shifts, flexible shifts/days, NO on-call\n
