Journeyman Electricians – $28–$33/hr + $150 Per Diem (7 Days) | 50–70+ Hours | Mid-Atlantic (SE Division)
\nByers Industrial Services is actively hiring Journeyman Electricians to support our growing Southeast Division, with a local office based in:
\nGibsonville, NC 27249
\nWe have multiple industrial projects across the Mid-Atlantic and are looking for electricians ready to work steady hours with long-term opportunity.

What You’ll Be Doing:
\n- \n
- Install EMT & Rigid conduit (cut, bend, run, secure) \n
- Cable tray & Basket tray installation \n
- Bus duct installation \n
- Wire pulling (large feeders + control wiring) \n
- Power terminations \n
- Control terminations \n
- Device installs \n

- Food & Beverage: Fast-paced, regulated environments requiring sanitary installs, zero disruption, and consistent uptime \n
- Industrial Manufacturing: High-output facilities with advanced systems, automation, and scalable infrastructure \n
- Warehouse / Distribution: High-volume operations focused on speed, equipment uptime, and continuous flow \n
What We Need:
\n- \n
- Journeyman-level experience (industrial preferred) \n
- Strong conduit, wire pulling, and termination experience \n
- Ability to read blueprints and work independently \n
- Must pass drug screen \n
- Must operate lifts (and pass practical test) \n
- OSHA 10 (within 3 years) or OSHA 30 (within 5 years) REQUIRED \n
- Reliable transportation \n
Pay & Perks:

- $28–$33/hour (based on experience) \n
- $150/day per diem – PAID 7 DAYS (travelers only) \n
- 50–70+ hours/week \n
