Benefits

• Education Debt Reduction Program (EDRP): Eligible for student loan repayment assistance.
• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
• Call Schedule: No on-call duties required.
• Compensation: Competitive salary, annual performance bonuses, and regular salary increases.
• Paid Time Off: 50-55 days annually, including 26 days of annual leave, 13 days of sick leave, 11 federal holidays, and up to 5 days for Continuing Medical Education (CME).

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship: Non-citizens may only be considered if qualified citizens cannot be recruited, per VA policy.
• Education: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or equivalent in allopathic or osteopathic medicine.
• Licensure: Must have a current, unrestricted medical license in a U.S. state, territory, or the District of Columbia.
• Residency: Completion of an accredited residency in a core specialty.
• Board Certification: Must be board-certified or board-eligible in Internal or Family Medicine.
