Ophthalmologist - Pediatric and Comprehensive

Job Opportunity: Board Certified or Board Eligible Ophthalmologist

We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified or Board Eligible Ophthalmologist to join our Central Interstate team in Portland, OR. Our organization is the largest multispecialty medical group in the region, comprising over 1,500 physicians and 300 administrative professionals who provide care for more than 615,000 members.

As part of our integrated and compassionate team, you will engage in both Pediatric and Comprehensive Ophthalmology. Our practice is designed to foster collaboration among physicians and supportive clinical and administrative staff, allowing for a seamless healthcare experience. You will have the opportunity to manage a diverse surgical volume, addressing a wide range of ophthalmologic conditions. Your primary focus will be on Pediatric patients, with some involvement in adult strabismus and general comprehensive call rotations. You will also have a dedicated half-day surgery block on Tuesday mornings and will round weekly for Retinopathy of Prematurity at the Kaiser Sunnyside Medical Center NICU.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Board Certified or Eligible in Ophthalmology.
• Completion of fellowship training in Pediatric Ophthalmology.

Current Hiring Incentives:

The annual salary for this position ranges from $411,900 to $502,300, taking into account the applicant's skills, qualifications, degrees, certifications, training, market data, and other relevant factors.
