Compensation

Hourly Pay: $37.00 - $43.50, depending on experience, with an additional $2.75 per hour for night shifts.

Work Schedule

Full-Time Night Shifts: 6 PM - 6 AM; 72 hours per pay period.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license in the state of Colorado.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Experience in long-term care is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to plan and deliver direct care to assigned residents.
• Oversee and manage shift routines within the designated nursing unit, ensuring compliance with the Nurse Practice Act.
• Assume “Building Charge” duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing or their designee.
• Provide leadership and guidance within the assigned unit.
• Conduct resident care functions, including charting, documentation, and assessments.
• Participate in various committees and meetings to enhance interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Perform additional duties as required.
