We are seeking two providers each week, with a minimum commitment of two weeks per month.

Clinic Hours: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (providers begin at 8:30 AM)

Lunch Break: 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM

Last Appointment: 4:00 PM

Coverage Required:

Ongoing clinic coverage needed starting September 1st.
