Pay Rate: $28/hr-$29/hr Project Coordinator II | Escondido, CA Location: Escondido, CA Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite — Monday through Friday Contract Duration: 1 Year C2H Are you an organized, detail-oriented professional who enjoys coordinating teams, managing operations, and keeping complex projects moving forward? We are hiring a Project Coordinator II to support a critical Damage Prevention and Field Operations team within a leading Southern California energy infrastructure organization. This is an opportunity to contribute to work that directly supports public safety, infrastructure reliability, regulatory compliance, and the communities served across the region. What You’ll Do Coordinate excavation notification tickets, standby requests, and daily work assignments Schedule and coordinate internal field crews and contractors Track project activities, compliance metrics, deadlines, and operational performance Prepare mutual agreements and monitor ticket timelines to support regulatory compliance Create reports and analyze data to identify trends, priorities, and process improvements Maintain project documentation, meeting notes, status updates, and operational records Partner with field teams, contractors, internal departments, and project stakeholders Provide day-to-day coordination and administrative support to a fast-paced Damage Prevention team What We’re Looking For 2+ years of experience in Project Coordination, Operations Coordination, Construction Coordination, Utility Operations, or Administrative Project Support Strong experience with Excel for tracking, reporting, data comparison, and analysis Proficiency with: • SAP • Excel • Word • Outlook • Teams • SharePoint • Power Apps Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with field personnel, contractors, and cross-functional teams Excellent organization, time management, and multitasking skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, operations-focused environment Why This Opportunity?
