Job Description
The purpose of this position is to provide compassionate, high-quality, and patient-centered personal care services to individuals who require assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) due to age, illness, disability, or recovery from injury. The Personal Care Attendant (PCA) is responsible for supporting clients in maintaining their independence, dignity, comfort, and overall well-being while promoting a safe and healthy living environment. The PCA works under the supervision of licensed healthcare professionals or care coordinators and provides non-medical assistance in accordance with the client's individualized care plan.
