Job Description
This role is a hands-on IT field support position responsible for maintaining workstation and laptop baselines, cybersecurity compliance, and end-user hardware and software support at the site level. Responsibilities include desk-side and remote troubleshooting, system imaging, asset lifecycle management, and inventory tracking. The position serves as the primary customer-facing contact for service requests and ticket triage, coordinating with the Global Service Center for Tier 2 escalations and enterprise support teams for LAN/WAN, network, and administrative issues. Additional duties include equipment staging, configuration management, and weekly reporting to the Government Task Manager on activities, risks, and issues.
