Key Responsibilities\n

  • Provide comprehensive nursing care for adult Medical-Surgical patients.

  • Perform patient assessments and monitor clinical status.
    • \n
  • Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
    • \n
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
    • \n
  • Document patient care accurately using EPIC EMR.
    • \n
  • Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and discharge instructions.
    • \n
  • Maintain compliance with hospital policies and patient safety standards.

Qualifications\n
    \n
  • Active Nebraska RN license (or compact license if applicable)
    • \n
  • Minimum 1 year of Adult Medical-Surgical RN experience
    • \n
  • Current BLS certification
    • \n
  • Experience with EPIC EMR preferred
    • \n
  • Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills
    • \n
