\n* Has extensive experience with advanced estate and tax planning.\n
\n* Has experience advising business owners on business planning and succession matters.\n
\n* Has experience preparing and reviewing estate tax and gift tax returns.\n
\n* Is knowledgeable in trust administration and post-death trust management.\n
\n* Is comfortable working directly with high-net-worth individuals and families.\n
\n* Can independently manage complex matters while collaborating effectively with colleagues and staff.\n
\n* Communicates clearly, thoughtfully, and confidently with clients and professional advisors.\n
\n* Demonstrates strong drafting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\n
\n* Is highly organized, detail-oriented, and personally accountable.\n
\n* Values professionalism, responsiveness, and excellent client service.\n
\n* Appreciates the importance of discretion, empathy, and relationship-building.\n
\n* Wants to contribute to a collegial, mission-driven firm culture.\n
\n* _*Attorney is required to have at least 3 years of advanced estate and tax planning experience. LLM is a plus. Former paralegal experience will count toward years of experience.*_\n
