- $273,100 Base Salary \n
- $20,000 annual retention bonus \n
- $10,000 annual performance/quality bonus \n
- Competitive call stipends: Weekday call $600/shift, Weekend call $1,200/shift \n
- $215/hr after 40 hours per week \n
- Lucrative OB shifts available at $4,080 per shift \n
- 9 weeks time off annually \n
- Malpractice with tail coverage paid \n
