We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Family Medicine Physician to become part of our dedicated team of healthcare professionals serving Northern Illinois and Southern Wisconsin.

About Our Organization

Our organization is a comprehensive, multi-state health system that includes seven hospitals, featuring a cutting-edge ACS designated Level I Adult Trauma and Comprehensive Stroke Center. With over 800 employed physicians and 200 advanced practice providers, we operate more than 100 outpatient clinics and service sites, delivering care to residents across more than 55 communities in the region. • Adult critical care
• Neonatal intensive care
• Neurosurgery

Opportunity Overview

As a Family Medicine Physician, you will:

• Serve as core faculty for a residency program with 36 residents, shaping the future of healthcare.
• Engage in precepting residents, providing guidance in both clinical and hospital settings (50% of your time).
• Deliver clinical care in our residency clinic (30% of your time).
• Dedicate time to administrative tasks and curriculum development (20% of your time).
• Participate in comprehensive inpatient and outpatient care, including procedural work and nursing home visits.
• Benefit from established medical student education opportunities.

Our electronic medical record system is EPIC, and you will have access to a wide range of multi-specialty referral sources. We operate as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who possess:

• A strong desire to teach residents and medical students in both didactic and clinical environments.
• Previous experience as faculty in an accredited residency or fellowship program is preferred, though new graduates are welcome to apply.
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited residency program in a relevant specialty.
• MD/DO board certification or eligibility.
• A commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.

The salary range for this position is between $325,000 and $485,000.
