Gastroenterology Locums Opportunity â€" Minnesota

Our organization is collaborating with a facility in Minnesota that is in need of locum coverage for Gastroenterology.

Position Overview:

• Advanced GI Procedures Required:
  • EGD, Colonoscopy, ERCP, EUS, Flexible Sigmoidoscopy, among others.
• Coverage Responsibilities:
  • Involves 24-hour duties:
  • Conducting both inpatient and outpatient procedures.
  • Providing hospital services.
  • Participating in call coverage.

Schedule:

• Initial Coverage Needed: August 19 - August 31.
• Orientation: 1-2 days prior to the start date.
• Flexible Providers: Open to those who can cover part of the assignment.
• Future Opportunities: Additional dates available for vacation coverage, with potential for ongoing assignments.

Additional Information:

• Coverage Type: Scheduled clinical hours plus call.
• Electronic Medical Records: Epic.
• Temporary Privileges: Available.
• Trauma Level: I.

Requirements:

• Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology.
• ACLS certification is required.
