Low Voltage Project Manager

We are seeking a Data/Low Voltage Project Manager that possess technical knowledge combined with field experience and will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of low-voltage electrical projects. These projects include, but are not limited to, data cabling, CCTV, card access, fiber optics, and fire alarm systems. Responsibilities: - Manage low-voltage projects from estimating and planning through installation, completion, and closeout. - Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing technical solutions, accurate proposals, and responsive communication. - Lead and support field technicians by coordinating schedules, subcontractors, and project resources to ensure quality and profitability. - Prepare estimates using blueprints, specifications, and Accubid software while managing change orders and project costs. - Oversee installations involving structured cabling, CCTV, card access, fiber optics, and fire alarm systems. - Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with applicable codes and standards. - Must have 5+ years of hands-on field experience as a Low Voltage/Data Technician - Must have strong technical knowledge of Cat5/6 cabling, CCTV, access control, fiber optics, and fire alarm systems. - Must have experience reading blueprints, creating estimates, and quoting commercial projects (Accubid experience is a plus) - Must have proven leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, technicians, and subcontractors. - Must have excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills with a strong ownership mentality. - Must be familiar with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and commercial low-voltage installation best practices. #ZRLH By applying for this job, you agree to receive calls, Al-generated calls, text messages, or emails from Synerfac Technical Staffing and our contracted partners.
