A modern, high-volume oral surgery practice in Warren, NJ 07059 is seeking an Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon to begin as soon as possible due to an upcoming provider departure. This assignment offers an initial three-month commitment with the potential to extend or transition into a permanent position.

The practice is supported by a highly experienced team of 25 staff members and is equipped with advanced technology to provide comprehensive in-house surgical care.

  • Location: Warren, NJ 07059
  • \n
  • Assignment: ASAP start | 3-month assignment with extension or permanent opportunity available
  • \n
  • Schedule: Preferred coverage on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday (8:00 AM–5:00 PM). Flexible scheduling may be considered.
  • \n
  • Office Hours: Monday–Friday: 7:30 AM–6:00 PM | Saturday: 7:30 AM–1:00 PM
  • \n
  • Patient Volume: Approximately 20 patients per day
  • \n
  • Clinical Scope: Adult-focused oral and maxillofacial surgery including dental implants, wisdom tooth extractions, and dentoalveolar procedures
  • \n
  • Tech Stack: DSN charting, intraoral scanner, photogrammetry unit, comprehensive implant technology for full-arch cases, and state-of-the-art in-house surgical equipment
  • \n
  • Preferred Skills: Extensive implant experience and proficiency with IV sedation in a fast-paced surgical environment
  • \n
  • Patient Mix: Fee-for-service and select PPO practice accepting the five major PPO plans and MetLife. No Medicaid, HMOs, or low-reimbursement PPO plans.
  • \n
  • Compensation: Negotiable pay rate, comprehensive malpractice insurance coverage, plus mileage and toll reimbursement when applicable
  • \n
What is Needed:\n

  • Credentials: Active New Jersey dental license, DEA registration, current BLS and PALS certifications, and IV sedation certification/permit
  • \n
  • Onboarding: 1–2 week fast-track credentialing
  • \n
  • Practice Fit: A skilled, efficient Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon who is comfortable performing a broad range of surgical procedures while delivering outstanding patient care in a technology-driven practice.
