\nWhat You'll Do
\nAs a Senior Clinic Manager - Physical Therapist at CORA, you'll:
\n- \n
- Monitor financial performance vs. budgets and standards to assure results are attained within the sub-region. ( 4-5 clinics on the west side of Jacksonville) \n
- Train Clinic Managers on CORA policies and procedures, operations, and marketing. \n
- Efficiently document evaluations, treatments, re-evaluations, and discharge notes. \n
- Act as a leader and mentor Clinic Managers. \n
- Participate in marketing CORA to new regional clients/resources. \n
- Maintain contact with key major referral groups. \n
- Monitor customer service – questionnaires/reports to ensure high quality clinic product. \n
- Conduct one on one meetings with Clinic Managers weekly. \n
- 30 hours of treating \n
What You'll Need
\n- \n
- Degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program. \n
- Licensed or license eligible as a Physical Therapist (PT). \n
- 3+ years of clinical experience \n
- A passion to learn, grow, and make an impact. \n
- 3+ years of experience leading clinical teams. \n
- Strong executive presence and ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization. \n
- Ability to introduce and effect change in a fair, but firm and trustworthy manner. \n
- Ability to manage multi-facility operations with an emphasis on teaching Clinic Managers and Senior Clinic Managers how to positively impact the metrics and propose innovative solutions to key challenges. \n
- Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationship with staff, patients, referral sources, and all other CORA personnel. \n
