Position Responsibilities

  • \n

    Oversee facilities projects across our 14 North American locations to ensure projects align with Uline's quality standards and business goals.

    • \n
  • \n

    Manage project requests using our internal systems to assign work items, monitor project deadlines and drive improvements.

    • \n
  • \n

    Train and develop 19+ Facilities Coordinators, providing guidance to ensure strong performance and efficient operations.

    • \n
  • \n

    Partner with other departments, documenting key project decisions to support execution and deliver timely updates.

    • \n
  • \n

    Maintain and distribute department reports, processes and procedures to ensure consistency across locations.

Minimum Requirements

\n
    \n
  • \n

    Bachelor's degree.

    • \n
  • \n

    3+ years of project management, architecture or related experience.

    • \n
  • \n

    Strong communication and multitasking skills.

    • \n
  • \n

    Available for travel and occasional early morning, evening and weekend projects.

    • \n
\n
